Hi @Garage34. The Ring App will not automatically arm or disarm your system at any point. Do you have any [Shared Users](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211018223-Controlling-Ring-Devices-with-Multiple-Electronic-Devices-and-Allowing-Access-to-Shared-Users) that may have changed the Mode? If not, then I would suggest reaching out to our support team so they can take a look at your account with you.
