Problems with installation of wired video door bell pro 2
I had an electrician to fix wired doorbell to existing bell. It doesn’t work. The pro power kit was not included and getting help from Telephone helplines is hopeless. I have been told the part is not in stock and no idea when it will be. If I want to return it I have to get electrician to come and disconnect it. I’m not happy as I don’t have a functioning doorbell at all I have to disconnect the circuit otherwise it keeps making a noise every few minutes

Hi @user_f809c4. The Pro Power Kit is required when installing the Wired Doorbell Pro (previously known as the Doorbell Pro 2). Make sure to thoroughly check through the original packaging to ensure the Pro Power Kit is not in there, as installation should not have been completed without it.
