Hello, Since few days, video of my doorbel gen 2 are not avaliable. Live is not avaliable. Motion detection and doorbel detection work : a file is create but file is empty : no video. When i want read the history i have : "video was not recorded correctly". Wifi is OK. Same issue near the wifi connection. Many reboot and reset : same issue. Detectors works. Do you have an idea ?

    Hi @Ma2t. Those were excellent troubleshooting steps to try for your concern. I would also recommend rebooting your router by powering it off for a few seconds and powering it back on to see if it helps.
