Power issues with pro

So I have been having issues with the power on the power, works fine for a few hours then out and comes back on and does it again. Been looking for the transformer and can’t find it. This morning I found something in my basement but can’t tell if it the transformer or not, anyone have any ideas! Pics are below

Hi @Hurricane75. The Doorbell Pro requires a transformer that is 16-24 VAC, 40VA max, and 50/60Hz. If your transformer doesn't meet these power requirements, then your Pro may not be receiving adequate power to perform as expected. You can read more about how to troubleshoot power concerns with the Ring Pro in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000115323-Troubleshooting-Insufficient-Power-Issues-with-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro%20). If you're unsure about where the transformer in your home is located, we suggest contacting a licensed electrician. They can help you locate the transformer and ensure it meets the power requirements for the Pro.
