We have ou Ring Doorbell sence XXXX. We live in Brasil, but as we normally visit USA, we decided to bring with us. We don´t have Ring in Brasil, so, there´s nobody here that can help us with this problem. Both always worked perfectly, but one of them started to show pink and green images at the recorded videos or when we use the live view. Videos quality are terrible too. Detail, we live in an apartment (12 floors building), so these Ring Doorbells doens´t has direct sun or rain, it´s an “indoor” Ring Doorbell. Anyone has an idea what is happening? Any suport or garantee from Ring?

    Hi @user80725. Pink and green images can be from the night vision filter getting “stuck open” in the daytime. To correct this, you can reset your device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing it. As for support or guarantee, since Ring is not supported in Brasil, there is no support we can offer outside of basic troubleshooting steps.

      Hello Tom, Thank you for your time. Tried to reset it, as you suggested. Still working work with green and pink image Any other ideia? Something else I can try to fix it by myself? Maybe purchase a spare part and try to fix it by myself?

        Hi @user80725. Bummer! Another trick is to shine a very bright flashlight into the camera. This may trigger the photosensor to close the shutter. Alternatively, you can lightly tap the device on it’s side until the shutter closes. I hope this helps.
