PI-70 code problem

I received the PI-70 code.My ring doorbell is offline and I cannot get it to reconnect. I’ve tried numerous times. The ring doorbell won’t connect to the chime either Last time this happened I ordered a new ring doorbell. please advise what is the next step? thanks in advance

Try the following steps for your concern: - Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for XXXX seconds. - Reboot your router. - If possible try setting up the Doorbell in the same room as router or Chime Pro. - Try using a different phone or tablet to complete your setup.
