Phone Number change impossible to login

My phone number changed and I cannot login since it sends the two factor ID to my old number. There is no way around this since all solutions require logging in. I called and the robot had the same dead end, need to get 2 factor code from old phone. There is no where to email RING. This company is pathetic since this is a very common issue, people change phones and now they need to buy a new RING. But I wont do that again since they want $$ per month after the return period is over and you have to be very techy to get around that issue.

If you are not logged in on another device, we do have an alternate method to verify your identity. This is only available for users in the US and Canada.
