Person only motion detection isn't working doorbell 3

Since the last software update that now has automated QUICK RESPONSES, the ability to only detect people has disappeared and now we get motion alerts for vehicles passing our house but occasionally we don't see people that have been to our door. We have the settings on minimum sensitive, the capture zone in well into our garden but the doorbell even captures the sun rise. Has anyone else experienced this. It's a RING doorbell 3
