Person at door cannot hear me...
i have the original ring doorbell. just got off the phone with customer support and we went through a few things and ended up telling me i need a replacement doorbell. She said the speaker in the doorbell was shot. i can hear people at the door but they cannot hear me. Anyone ever have an issue like this?

Did you reboot everything including phone or computer to make sure that isn't the issue? What is the RSSI level? If you have Ring Protect Plus, you will be able to get a free extended warranty replacement.
