Peephole Doorbell dead after reboot via app

Hello,So recently purchased the Peephole cam. After doing an reboot via the app it no longer works. The device does not power up or on at all.I have called ring in which they were very helpful. We went through all the test and troubleshooting in which I was sent a new flex cable. The current one had a small pick in the cable casing. After receiving the the new cable, I tested it and redone all the troubleshooting instructions from before, in which the device does nothing at all. Two fully charged batteries were also tested in the doorbellI think some how the reboot killed the doorbell in which it now seems to be bricked. With it not working it won’t connect to the internet, the app won’t connect to it, and the live view is definitely not working.Can this issue be resolved? I feel a replacement device will fix the issue, but I am happy to try any other trouble shooting methods.Many thanks

    Called Ring this morning and they gave me instructions to test the device and bring back to life. Unfortunately it didn’t come back. They are now sending me a replacement Peephole Doorbell
