Peephole cam not detecting motion or ring , but live view works

Hello , I am frustrated of the ring peephole cam not sending notifications of rings or motion Not recording the motion or rings But! I can access the live view and it will record the live view in the app I have 2 other ring cameras on the same network and they work just fine I have tried to reset and setup the peephole cam several times to my wifi directly and to the chime pro Still not solved Ring protect plan is active also Any suggestions ? Thanks
