Peep hole 56mm - Door view cam 54mm-75mm

Hello! I am trying to install my peep hole cam (54mm-75mm model) in a 56mm width door. After passing the tube through the door, the internal part is loose - as we cannot pass the flat surface part of the tube through the internal part of the equipment. Any idea how to fix this?
