Ring Camera never had an offline wifi issue till recently. Router in house position never change. Strength signal of router excellent and ring wifi extender proximity is a foot away from device. Device is hard wired. I have to reset the button of the device always. Just annoying. Has there been a software update?

Hi @user_0bc736. We have some troubleshooting tips here that may help when your Ring Camera is offline. I also want to note that wifi extenders, like the Chime Pro, are meant to be installed at around a halfway point between the router and the device you want to extend the signal to. Otherwise, the Chime Pro may not have a strong signal to provide to your Ring Camera.
