Old doorbell vs new doorbell

My older doorbell quit working and CS said it can’t be updated. Old doorbell used separate batteries. New doorbell says it has a rechargeable battery. No instructions! Does this mean I have to remove the camera every time it has to be charged ?It’s a lot easier to just install the new battery. Do you still make them?

You can find this information on the back of the Doorbell itself, on the original packaging, and on the Device Health page in the Ring App. Once I know which model of Doorbell you have, I can provide you with more information on what battery it has and how to charge it. :)
