Not ringing on iPhone when screen is locked

Hi all, We have RIng Doorbell 2 with indoor chime. The iPhone wont ring when screen is locked, but starngley will if we unplug the indoor chime! Any idea before I go mad,,,,

Hi @Richie771. I would first make sure that your IOS and Ring app are up to date. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210266406-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-iOS-Devices) also has some great tips and tricks for getting notifications to work for you iPhone. I hope this works!
