Not recording video

I’m noticing this ring is not recording everything and that’s what I paid for. All Sunday I have no detection of me leaving or coming into my house. I also had a stranger leave a note on my door and there is no video of neither action. The ring is picking and choosing on what to record and that’s an issue. How can I fix it or I will have to cancel subscription and rid myself of this camera

If your Doorbell is battery operated , check that the Motion Frequency is set to Frequent. * [Reboot your Doorbell with the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). * Verify your signal strength, also known as [RSSI, is at a good level](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229).
