Hi I have a Video doorbell which works perfectly fine on my wife's phone but I have the new Xiaomi 13 & no matter what I do I can't seem to get any alerts. Either ring or motion alerts. I've reset everything my phone, the doorbell. I've copied like for like the settings but no joy. My wife has the Xiaomi 12 and my son has the Xiaomi 11 & they get doorbell alerts but I don't. Please can someone please help me figure this out. Many thanks

    Hi @NK01UK. Thank you for trying those troubleshooting steps to help fix your concern. You also want to check to see if you have any [Android apps that conflict with the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889983-Android-Apps-Causing-Issues-with-the-Ring-App). If you have any of the ones mentioned on the list, delete the app to see if your notifications start working. Another thing you want to make sure of is that you have no VPNs active on your phone.
