Not getting notifications

Hi, is anyone else having issues with their doorbell not giving notifications? I received a delivery today and did not receive a notification. I have Smart Alerts set for both Person and Package and neither sent an alert. This has been happening on and off since I installed the device a little over a month ago.

    Hi @user74683. Is it recording the motion but not alerting you? or is it missing both the recording and the alert?

      I have the same issue intermittently. Ring CS told me not to have Smart Alerts for both, but only one or the other.
