troubleshooting

I took pictures of it but not 100% certain, its a little hard to read but looks like it is 120vac, 50/60 hz and 40va had a us pat no 3144503 pressed into the case which lead me to this grainger link https://www.grainger.com/product/DORMEYER-Class-2-Transformer-4X746 and it looks identical to what I have except graingers shows 20va on the plate where mine shows 40va. The tech specks on the grainger page shows 40va so....is this thing good enough? Thanks for your time

Hi @cjokinen. Can you please let us know which model of Ring Doorbell you're looking to install with this transformer? Regardless, 120 VAC will be too much. The Video Doorbell 4, for example, is compatible with transformers with 8-24 VAC, 40VA max, 50/60Hz. The Video Doorbell Pro 2 is compatible with transformers with 16-24 VAC, 10-40VA max, 50/60Hz. You can find the power requirements for each Doorbell on the respective [product page](https://ring.com/doorbell-cameras). I hope this information helps! :)
