No notifications

I've stopped getting any notifications via my doorbell or chime Pro and im missing people/delivery at the door...ive uninstalled/reinstalled/updated my phone/checked the network but nothing works...i used to be able to have a live chat with support to allow them to look at the doorbell but can't find it anymore...also when my camera does kick in the picture is very distorted...help needed quickly pls
