Ring Video Doorbell
No notifications at night
I recently purchased ring. For some reason it doesn’t alert me when someone is at my door at night time. It does work during the day. Any tips? Thanks

My battery outdoor camera doesn’t notify me of motion at night. I have zone and sensitivity maxed out. It senses motion because light comes on but no notification on phone. It notifies me all day for every little thing. Nothing at night when I actually need it to.

Hi @TMac0925. If you have already tried the other suggested steps in this thread and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.

Hi @Kwat14. Have you tested the Doorbell out at night by triggering a test event such as ringing the bell to see if a notification comes through on your phone? If you have tried this and the notification isn't coming through, there are a few things you can check. First, make sure you don't have a [Motion Schedule](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/218380863-Scheduling-Times-When-You-Don-t-Want-to-Receive-Motion-Alerts-) enabled that could be preventing the notifications from coming through. If you have an iOS device, you'll also want to make sure you don't have Do Not Disturb enabled, as this can stop the Doorbell notifications from coming through as well.
