Hi @Tonicmatt. Thank you for sharing this picture! From the looks of it, this should work for a Doorbell Wired. The Doorbell Wired needs a transformer for power supply (10-24 VAC, 40VA max, 50/60Hz, or 24VDC, 0.5A, 12W), so your 16V transformer appears to be sufficient. I don't see the VA rating, so that would be the deciding factor. I would take this picture to a Local Home Improvement store to see if they recognize this specific model, and if they know the VA rating.
