We had a sign removed from our yard. The 10/6@6:53pm video (Ring camera) shows the sign in our yard. The 10/7@5:14am video shows it gone. The 10/6@6:54pm video, which might show the thief, is black for 30 seconds of black. Could this be someone holding something in front of our camera? Is there a way to block the signal between our camera and our router?

Hi @RCShuf. I'm sorry to hear about what happened with the sing. It is possible someone blocked the view of your Ring Camera while this occurred. There are different things that can cause wifi interference, but this isn't typically a concern unless you frequently find that your Ring Camera is disconnecting or the videos are not displaying properly. If this continues to happen, I'd recommend reviewing the information on wifi in [this](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-Values-and-Wifi-Signal-Strength) Help Center article.
