Need help chosing the correct device

It is very confusing about what I need to buy. We want the Video Pro, but we do not have an existing doorbell.Do we buy a doorbell kit or do we buy the Ring power adapter?Also which Video doorbell should we get?

I was in the same situation. I bought the Ring Pro doorbell, the Ring Pro plug-in power adapter, and the Ring Chime. Works great, and I think is the best way to go. But you do need to run the power cord from the plug-in adpater to the Ring Pro.
