My ring doorbell will not charge

Question

Hi.  I have put my ring doorbell on charge several tines overnight, but a blue light keeps flashing. It is not charging and says it’s on 3% now. I have tried everything suggested on the forums and you tube, but nothing.  Can someone please help?
