Keep receiving emails reminding me to return device

about 1 1/2 months ago we were having difficulty connecting to our doorbell. Eventually we were able to connect and have had no problems since. Ring was going to send us a new device but I called and requested that they cancel the order- it had not yet shipped. Since then we keep receiving "URGENT" email reminders to send back the old device. I have called 4 times to request these emails stop. What's going on- doesn't your system show I cancelled the new device? Totally annoying
