Ring Video Doorbell
Issues with recently installed wired doorbell plus
Bought it on amazon a couple months ago. Installed following instructions and it worked fine. Then a firmware update happened and it was still working fine. A while after that it lost connection to wifi and i never got it to work again. i reviewed all the wiring and tried the reset (click on the side) and hard reset (30 seconds holding button on the side). light is always flat white, no spinning, sometimes pulsates. Thats it, never goes back to setup mode :/ what can i do?

I've had a similar issue but with the battery version. was working perfect for a week, then had a software update a couple days ago and seems to get stuck in the update... finds the wifi and able to change wifi networks etc, but camera is dead?
