Hi @user67544. That does not look normal. I recommend [rebooting your Doorbell using the Ring app to see if it helps](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera). You can also factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds and then [reconnecting it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi).
