Is there a way to get windows google chrome desktop notification to show entire video area?

My notifications from google chrome on the windows desktop, when the camera sees a person, only shows the top half of the video. That is all sky so it is useless. Is there any way to fix this? I'd really like to use it.

There is another problem that puts the nail in the coffin for me. It saves up notifications and when I get back to my computer it brings up a zillion notifications one by one, all identical. I have to click on them over and over. I turned off notifications for the ring webpage,
