I have a gen 1 ring wireless doorbell. It no longer rings on my iPhone app. The wireless connection is good and I can do a live view. But when the doorbell is pushed it does nothing on the iPhone ring app. I can’t find any setting that seem to solve this. What am I missing ? App is up to date, reset the doorbell and fully charged.
