Inside doorbell not ringing
I have Video Doorbell Pro 2. I installed it following the instructions but the inside doorbell doesn’t chime. The Ring itself works fine. I couldn’t find the brand or model. Please help :)

Hi @user11122. Thank you for providing the picture, as this really helps! Everything looks correct from what I can see. I would just make sure that the wires coming from the Pro Power Kit are in there securely. You'll need to contact our support team to help you get to the bottom of this. Oh also I tried both mechanical and digital options in the settings app. Made no difference.
