I want to move from vivint to ring
ring-alarm
Hi, I am with Vivint and wanted to see if I could transfer everything to Ring, I have a lot of windows sensors so don’t want to buy everything new again… Can Ring now accept the Vivint sensors or still no?

Hi @user29263. Unfortunately, you cannot use any other third-party wireless window sensors with the Ring Alarm system. Also, we have this Help Center page [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/categories/360003210751-Ring-Alarm) with further information regarding the Ring Alarm System.
