    Hi @user77450. To remove your old Doorbell from your account, follow these steps: Open the Ring app Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner) and tap on Devices. Select the Video Doorbell you need to remove. Tap Device Settings Select General Settings Tap on Remove Device and follow the steps to remove it. I hope this helps.
