  Hey @arline. It sounds like you got the wrong solar charger for your Doorbell. Do you have the Ring Video Doorbell 2 or the Ring Video Doorbell 2nd Generation? In addition, do you know if you got the Solar Charger for the 2 or the Solar Charger for the 2nd Gen? Let me know, neighbor! :)

  so I got the ring video doorbell 2nd Gen isnt that the same as the ring video doorbell 2? How would one know if they are different when ordering. The Solar Charge says for Ring Video Doorbell 2 ?

  @arline We recently released the Ring Video Doorbell 2nd Generation, which is the 2nd version of the Ring Video Doorbell. We also have had the Ring Video Doorbell 2 for a bit now.
