Ring Video Doorbell
How do I download video that didn't register as an event and go into my history
I had some sort of small animal cause issues but I guess they were too small to set off the camera to create an event. Is there a way to download the video by calling up the timeline? I can see it happened at about 0342 but the download only seems to get a 2 second clip that covers many minutes so it's useless.

Hi @user_74587f. To clarify, if the event was not detected by the Camera's motion detection, nothing was recorded. Ring Cameras and Doorbells do not record continuously, only when motion is detected, someone rings the Doorbell, or the Live View is activated. You may need to adjust your Motion Zones and Motion Sensitivity if events are missed. We recently released 24/7 Recording for select Ring Cameras. This feature requires a Ring Home Premium plan in addition to a compatible camera.

I'm following this - I have the same issue. My house was broken into - the only evidence is a small blip that the camera did not register as an event. I'm trying to download not only a snapshot, but the video several seconds before and after the blip. Also, commenting on here to see if we can get a response.
