I have a brand new ring doorbell generation 2. Just installed. Video works fine day and night, until at night when my security floodlight turns on. The video recording goes from black and white to colour. But in colour the video has horizontal black lines across it. Battery is fully charged and WiFi is very strong.     Hi @user26266. I would try factory resetting the Doorbell to see if that helps. To do so, you press and hold the setup button for 20–25 seconds and then continue with [reconnecting the Doorbell to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network), since the reset will make it fall offline.
