Hi, ive just purchased a Ring Doorbell 4 and on pre roll im getting horizontal coloured lines across the recording This ends as soon as normal recording starts and it happens in both daylight and night-time. Any suggestion please? Mark

You can try [rebooting your Doorbell from the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-) to see if that helps. Also, verify your Doorbell has [a good signal strength, also known as RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229).
