History video from 4 to 5 month
Hi, I need access to my video recording it is possible for December 6,7,8 2019, during the evening until next day for each day, is that I suspect my neighbor was stealing and I was out on those days. I check in history but just can get to Feb and even that say something went wrong.

Hi @peakhomesaz. This has changed since the last response. The maximum storage time is now 180 days. You need to make this change in your Ring app if you wish to have this amount of storage time. This Help Center [page](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047871752-Understanding-and-Adjusting-Your-Video-Storage-Time-) will give you the steps on how to adjust this setting. If it was not set to 180 days, changing it now will not recover recordings if it was set to 60 days.
