Hazy Video Ring Doorbell Pro

My Ring Doorbell has developed a very hazy picture. It is not moisture inside the camera, it is like there is a film covering the lense. It started slowly, but has gotten progressively worse with time. I am attaching a sample download. Any help with clearing the view up would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @GaryKnowles. Thank you for sharing that picture. The haze is definitely noticeable! Try using a soft cloth with a cleaning solution to see if that improves the picture. If it's still there, try removing the Faceplate from your Ring Pro and holding the Setup Button for 20 seconds to reboot your Ring Pro. Put the Faceplate back on and test the picture quality. If this doesn't correct the haze, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times.
