Having trouble with live view during Ring event (firewall/port mapping/NAT)

I'm having trouble responding to Ring events with live view. It doesn't seem to work; but Live View works otherwise.I do not use uPNP or NAT-PMP on my firewall.I've looked at [https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices), but I can't believe that forwarding inbound UDP 16500-65000 is the solution.Please help!
