Hard water stains and UV cracking on Ring Pro clear plastic window

The clear plastic window surrounding the physical ringer button on my RingPro appears to have hard water stains and UV cracking. It looks so bad that I just took the doorbell down. Does anybody have a solution for this? Will ring help replace the plastic shield? I tried to contact support, but was redirected to post on this forum for some strange reason. See attached photo.
