Hard hard reset

my device got connected to one of my email, and something happened and I deleted my email. now if I wan to log in into that account I can't. now I'm trying to hard reset the device, so I cant use it in my new account (new email), but the hard reset didn't work... so.. how...

They'll be able to help you get signed into the appropriate account that your Doorbell is associated with, as Ring devices can only be set up under one email address at a time.
