Grinch greeting is gone
I had the grinch greeting selected for a couple days and now I see it was removed for standard “Winter Holidays”. Will it be coming back?

Sorry, but it makes absolutely no sense that Ring cannot post or alert it’s subscribers and members when New Ring messages are going to be available or when they are going to stop and just disappear automatically from your list. If Ring Is really customer oriented, they should fix this. It would make a lot of people appreciate them more.

Agreed. User in Canada. Grinch quick responses are not showing up as an option at all. I get the ad on the dashboard, but when I click on it there’s still no grinch option in quick responses. I called customer support and the lady had no idea what was even going on. Very disappointing that I have to explain to the customer service agent how to use their own devices…. She changed the topic multiple times because she didn’t know how to respond and suggested that the grinch option would display on my chime for people at my door… no idea what she was talking about because she had 0 product knowledge. Super frustrating. Fix it.

I discovered the Grinch doorbell quick reply, message right before Christmas 2024. I brought some out-of-town family guests to my home and was excited to show them the cute doorbell response and it was gone! I looked it up on my Ring app, and it was no longer listed. I don’t understand why Ring would remove it before the holidays are over— especially with no notice. They could at least keep it to the end of January for good measure. Why give somebody an option and then take it away so soon, Or at all? it doesn’t make sense and was very disappointing. (I noticed the football and other holidayresponses were still listed!). Thank you for the Grinch option, but that put a damper on the day unfortunately. 🙁
