Flashing Blue Light

My Ring Pro is blinking blue on the upper half of the ring. It hasn’t seemed to work in two months. My last video is from the end of March. It doesn’t seem to want to connect to the internet and says it has low power, but nothing has changed to my internet source, my ring chime pro, or it’s power source. The ring pro power kit is installed. Any thoughts on what’s wrong?
