Hi @Ny2cali42. To fix this, I would try to reset your Doorbell, then reconnect it to wifi. This will prompt your Doorbell to update and load the correct firmware. To do this, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Allow 1 minute for the Doorbell to reboot, then [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) it to wifi.
