Field of view changed on its own

I recently bought a ring stick on doorbell. For the first week or two (during the free trial) I could see a perfect range of view including my porch and steps to my house. After the free trial I signed up for the year plan. I noticed this week that I received three packages with no notifications. When I went to look at my camera the view has now changed and I cannot see my steps or porch therefore not alerting me when packages are there which defeats the purpose of why I got the camera. Now all I see is mostly the sky. Please help!!!

Hi @user77871. The field of view when viewing your Camera Live View should not have changed. Try rebooting your Camera using the Ring app to see if it helps. If not, give our support team a call for further assistance.
