Does not include Smart Alerts.- [Shared Users](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211018223-Adding-a-Shared-User-to-Your-Ring-Account) - [Adjustable Motion Settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210243483-Utilizing-Motion-Zones-with-your-Ring-Devices)- [Motion Snooze](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000047206-How-to-Use-Motion-Snooze-and-Global-Snooze) Package alerts and recordings require a Ring Protect Plan. Amazon Key in Garage Delivery is an Amazon service, and when researching it, Amazon says it is free for Amazon Prime Members. You'll need a Ring Protect Plan to receive your recordings for the delivery. I hope this helps.
