Hey @AndreaLH. Can you let us know which model of Doorbell you have? For a concern like this, I would suggest resetting your Doorbell and taking it through a new setup in the Ring App. To complete a reset on your Doorbell, please hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that's complete, you'll need to set it back up in the Ring App again by following the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know if that clears up this concern for you! :)
