False “Person” ID solved

 I started getting false IDs of “Person at your door” right after I placed an electric wheelchair in the field of view. When the sun hit it just right, it relected off the handles in such a way to mimic “red eye” reflections from a camera flash. Motion triggered it to look, then falsely ID’d the stationary chair as a person. Moved the chair and no more false “person” alerts - motion became just motion again. Next false person alert you get, check for reflections from some surface that might look to Ring like a pair of eyes. Hope this helps.
