Hello, I have a question can you replace the faceplate for the doorbell gen 2 with the built in battery? The thing doesn't seem to come off so unless I'm really doing this wrong I'm guessing no but I wanted to ask.

Hi @Jessikah. Correct! The Faceplate on the Ring Video Doorbell Gen 2 does not have a removable faceplate.
